Delivery time:

All items are printed on demand, especially for you and their delivery times may differ from 5 working days up to 21 working days, where applicable. Your satisfaction is important to us and we aim to send you orders as quickly as possible, but certain unforeseen circumstances may create additional delays.

Promotif Design is not responsible for delivery times.

Delivery rates:

Delivery costs are free for all orders of $65 or more.

Return and Refund:

Any items with a manufacturing defect or defective may be subject to replacement free of charge.

Since these are individually printed products, made to order especially for you, it is not possible to make a return/refund due to buyer's remorse.
